沿革

  • 1968

    Established and opened of Wakadoriyaki “Toki” (grilled chicken store) of only 20 square meters at Ikegami, Ota-ku,Tokyo by Mr.Tatsu Taira as a founder.

  • 1973

    Opened Taishu Kappo (Japanese restaurant) “Syoya Honke-ten (The first Syoya)” at Chiyoda-ku,Tokyo.

  • 1985

    Established “Tokyo Culinary Vocational School”.

  • 1989

    Established “Daisyo Corporation”. Moved head office to Ota-ku,Tokyo.

  • 1990

    Established “Laboratory of Food Hygienic and Safety of Daisyo” for the purpose of hygiene management, food products inspection and etc.

  • 1993

    In attempt to optimize transport of food products, the distribution center was relocated to Shinagawa-ku,Tokyo.

  • 1994

    Initial public offering on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

  • 1997

    Listed on the second section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

  • 1999

    Listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

  • 2003

    Established “Daisyo Niigata Scientific Research Institute” for the purpose of establishing original food safety standards.

  • 2005

    Established Nagoya Distribution Center as the distribution base of central region.

  • 2009

    Established “Nihon Cooking Academy”. (Transferred in 2019)

  • 2014

    Mr. Kazutoshi Taira was inaugurated as the president.

  • 2018

    Established “Kofu Co., Ltd.”, a subsidiary that shells tableware and cooking utensils.

  • 2018

    Opened a new distribution center “DS/L Headquarter Haneda”.
